Track the progress of your repair. If the device is beyond economical repair, a customer service team member will contact you with the best options for moving forward.


GTI will cover the return shipping, typically standard ground, unless arranged otherwise.

The opportunities for specialty repairs and additional services, to extend the life of legacy products, are vital for customer satisfaction. Our staff will provide a detailed failure analysis for troublesome products, and implement work procedures that improve product quality and customer retention. GTI has invested in advanced equipment needed to identify circuit failures and troubleshoot schematic issues, as well as re-write schematics for legacy hardware and software. Also, newly acquired intelligent software, used by the professionals at GTI, identify weak points in advanced hardware.

Return Kit Information:  Once the client’s AUR-swap request is verified, a replacement unit is sent referencing the original RMA submitted. Included with the replacement unit are instructions for return, box and a prepaid return label (US only) to ship the product back to GTI

  • The return kit system improves customer satisfaction by making the return processing convenient and error-free
  • Product safety is essential when returning a defective unit. The return kit system assures the in-tact delivery, for accurate analysis

Apple Devices:  We are proud to now be providing repair and refurbishment services for a variety of Apple products including: iPad 1, 2, 3, 4, iPad Mini, MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. All repairs are done on-site and never outsourced.
