Have a device that needs repair? Fill in the RMA form, complete with the serial number, model/description, & brand of the device(s) you want serviced.

Our customer service team provides transparency through your devices repair process. Direct access to in-house engineers elevates our process above the competition.


Track the progress of your repair. If the device is beyond economical repair, a customer service team member will contact you with the best options for moving forward.


GTI will cover the return shipping, typically standard ground, unless arranged otherwise.

Warehousing & Distribution

Bulk order processing is a sensible option for manufacturers looking to reduce shipping costs, improve inventory accuracy and product availability. Stage products for release in our newly acquired, climate controlled facility. GTI will inventory bulk product, repackage for distribution and ship counts with efficient accuracy. Additional services for clients interested in bulk processing include inventory analytics such as material surplus and usage.

3rd Party Logistics (3PL)
Smart warehousing allows us to synchronize the client’s supply with industry demands and measure performance.

Cross Docking
Useful for less-than-truckload shipments, the convenience of GTI’s staging area can accommodate materials and shipments of all sizes.

Electronic Assembly
GTI assembles and tests many electronic devices. Services can include computers, touch screen devices, printers and other items based upon customer needs.

Our representatives will work with your needs to create customized kits based on inventory demand.

Pick and Pack
GTI offers services such as kitting, packing, repackaging, labeling, palletizing, banding and shrink-wrapping. Item material checks and receipts are included. Full-service packing and crating to meet the requirements of your selected mode of transportation.
